Jean-Pierre Hyppolite

Physiotherapy technologist and osteopath owner-president, Responsible for the protection of personal information
Jean-Pierre is a professional therapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. His career began as a physiotherapy technologist in 2008. Subsequently, in 2013, he integrated an osteopathic approach into his practice. He achieved graduation in June 2017, earning the title of D.O. Jean-Pierre Hyppolite treats a diverse range of individuals, including those with sports injuries, injuries resulting from accidents or trauma, musculoskeletal problems, and acute or chronic pain. His extensive ongoing education makes him able to work with various populations, from infants and children to adults and the elderly. Jean-Pierre is a dedicated osteopath who actively participates in a range of sports, including boxing and high-intensity exercises.

Dominic Lamoureux

Osteopath
Passionate about athletics and the world of sports, Dominic has a real love for fitness. This has led him to become a trainer in bodybuilding. Wanting to push his anatomical and biomechanical knowledge even further and to offer an optimal and holistic service to his patients, he turned to osteopathy in 2017 at ENOSI. He is set to complete his studies in 2022.

Since 2020, Dominic has been working with a varied clientele (high-level athletes, people losing weight, injured workers, the elderly, etc.) in several work teams as an osteopathic student. Friendly, dynamic, and passionate about his work, he likes to attend to patients with a wide range of needs. His services are adapted to each individual according to their needs and objectives.

In his spare time, he enjoys physical training, yoga, hiking, and several sports such as running, basketball, and badminton.

Dominic works on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He is bilingual and is a member in good standing of RITMA.

Estelle Thobie

Osteopath
Estelle THOBIE, an osteopath D.O graduated from the Bordeaux Osteopathic College after a 5-year course.

This training gave her the opportunity to work in the school's teaching clinics, where she was in contact with a wide range of patients, from infants to the elderly and pregnant women.

Along the way, she also had the opportunity to take part of an humanitarian trip to Sri Lanka and work alongside young disabled people. These experiences have shaped her gentle approach and her ability to listen attentively to her patients.

As a passionate osteopath, Estelle is dedicated to the well-being of her patients. Its main objective is to provide you with the best possible support, adopting a multidisciplinary approach when it is necessary.

Antoine-Ziad Alwan

Senior Physiotherapist
Forty-five years of professional practice in Physiotherapy.

He holds several university diplomas and degrees: doctorate in physiotherapy DPT (Utica University, EU 2015), Master of science in Kinanthropology-kinesiology (UQAM-Québec 2007), Bachelor of health science in physiotherapy (TRU, OL, British Columbia 2012), equivalence of B.Sc in Physiotherapy (Mc Gill University, 1991), occupational therapy executive instructor diploma (France 1986), specialization in Functional occupational therapy (Lausanne School of Occupational Therapy Switzerland 1980), diploma in physiotherapy ( 1977)…

In addition to his experience in the public and private health system in Quebec, Mr. Alwan has accumulated a long and rich experience in the treatment of functional, orthopedic, musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

He followed advanced orthopedic manual therapy courses for the treatment of problems of the spine and limbs culminating in obtaining his joint manipulation permit at the OPPQ as well as musculoskeletal osteopathy courses at the Academy Still of Quebec (cranial, vertebral, pelvis, lower and upper limbs).

During his long career, Antoine obtained several certifications and expertise in physiotherapy which diversified his treatment tools and broadened his spectrum of professional and clinical practice.

If you suffer from headaches, migraines, jaw pain (TMJ), BPPV or other kind of dizziness, sports injuries, neck and/or back pain, herniated discs , sciatica, acute or chronic knee problems with pre-or post-surgical conditions, sprains, tendonitis, capsulitis, plantar fasciitis, Lenoir's spur, lesions of the ligaments and tendons, problems related to poor posture and precarious postural control... Antoine will do his best to assess and analyze your condition and suggest a personalized treatment plan. He always aims for excellent professional services.

Ivan Rivera

Physiotherapy Technologist
Graduated in Physiotherapy Technology in 2018 from Dawson College, Iván possesses a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He has worked in both public and private healthcare settings, developing expertise in assessment and intervention for patients of CNSST and SAAQ. Iván excels in adapting exercises to optimize the physical function of his patients, promoting a safe return to daily activities. He also coordinates community activities to improve the mobility of the elderly, demonstrating his commitment to the community. As a member of multidisciplinary teams, he collaborates with various healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, orthopedists, physiotherapists, and kinesiologists, to enhance patient outcomes. His proficiency in English, French, and Spanish enhances his ability to serve a diverse clientele. Iván is a dedicated and empathetic professional, always ready to provide attentive care and share his expertise with his patients.

Catherine Peláez-Bouchard

Osteopath
Catherine Pelaez-Bouchard has been practicing osteopathy since 2020 and obtained her osteopath degree (D.O.) in 2022 from the Collège d'études ostéopathiques de Montréal. She completed her graduate studies in osteopathy related to migraines and cervical dizziness. Catherine treats a diverse clientele, ranging from infants to the elderly, with a particular focus on pediatric and obstetric issues. Being a soccer player herself, Catherine also has experience working with athletes and individuals engaged in various recreational activities.

At Physio-Ostéo Globalité, our treatments are personalized and take place in private one-on-one rooms, promoting effective communication and enhanced comfort. Establishing trust between the professional and the client occurs more rapidly and leads to improved treatment outcomes. Moreover, for physiotherapy, we offer extended treatment sessions lasting 45-60 minutes for private clients, depending on the complexity of the issue, while osteopathy sessions last one hour. This ensures that our healthcare professionals have sufficient time to attentively listen to the patient’s needs and provide high-quality, pressure-free treatment.

Our team takes care of private patients (with or without a doctor’s prescription), SAAQ or CNESST.
